I had such a GREAT experience with Akira Bounce House! They were super friendly, professional, and really cool from start to finish.The whole process was smooth, easy, and stress-free, and they made sure everything was taken care of. The bounce house was a hit, and you can definitely tell they care about providing good service and making sure their customers are happy. I truly appreciate how easy they made everything for us. I’ve booked with Akira’s Jax Jumpers a few times and it’s always been an experience much better than I could have ever imagined or hoped for. David and Dani are friendly, professional, trustworthy, and ALWAYS on time! I will forever only book my party rentals with them and them only. Danielle and David are fantastic! They arrive on time, communicate consistently. The water slide/ jump house combo we have gotten before and will get again in a few weeks is in great condition. They also are flexible as to where it is placed and have the ladding pad to put underneath so the kids do not get hurt. We rented one of the water slides, Melting Artic, for my daughters birthday. They came early to setup before the party and made sure that everything was where I wanted it to be. I was blown away when they threw in a free snow cone rental at no extra charge! The kids had a blast, nothing but laughter throughout the whole party. We had an absolutely awesome experience with Akira’s JAX Jumpers! The inflatable slide was a huge hit and definitely one of the highlights of the event. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and set up perfectly. What really stood out was how easy and enjoyable Akira’s made the whole experience. Great communication, friendly service, and a company that genuinely seems to care about making sure their customers have a great time. The kids had a blast, the adults were impressed, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend Akira’s JAX Jumpers!
